VBB Windows Forums......I know of a few, but not as useful

Eagle's recent issues and some of the other posts on the 'Non-Topic' forum have led me to ask this question. Since I am an IT 'professional' (and consequently will be looking for work in the very near future), I've done plenty of research on the functionality of the VBB platform ;) through NAXJA, JU, POR and others. Since this is an incredible tool, but only as good as the members that contribute, does anybody have any recommendations on a good Windows VBB? (no comment from you GNU guys......the jobs in the area are in Windows for the time being and I can barely install software on the GNU platform---kind of frustrating, IMHO)

The annoyances.org board is kind of fun, but isn't as active as I'd like to see.

I don't know of any forums, though there certainly must be some out there somewhere ... I'm a U**X type too, I only do Windows when I absolutely have to. That being said, I have seen a BBS management link collection at http://www.geocities.com/SiliconValley/Way/9854/bbs_mana.html

I haven't explored it, I just noted that it was there and moved on... hth.
