I am looking at a pair of A.C.O.S. on Ebay for $199 w/free shipping. It says they are for 97+ TJs. Will these spacers fit my XJ?

Considering that the post title asked if the springs are the same but the post itself asked about the spacers, I wasn't sure what he was talking about. So I answered both questions.
