oem bolts

just like it says,finally started installing lift purchased the oe bolts for the leafs,but now my frt lwr c/a bolts are seized up gonna whack em in the morn,just wandering shouldnt it be just fine with replacing them with grade 8 bolts that i have access to rather than giving chrysler my money.

Of course, as long as they fit the sleeves in the bushings snuggly, grade 8 is okay.
