We apologize for the downtime.
There was a problem with the routing configuration at the datacenter. It effected the entire IP subnet (that means many servers where affected). I was in touch with the Senior Network Admin throughout the problem, as they ran tests to pinpoint the problem.
Anyhow, the problem should be completely resolved now.
