A/C and aux fan out (did search)

91 Jeep XJ with 4.0 and A/C

The A/C clutch won't engage and the aux engine fan won't engage.

Done so far:
The relays, fan and A/C clutch are fine have traced two wires that go to to the ECU Blue/pink for aux fan and blue/red for the A/C clutch. If I ground the wires the clutch and the fan comes on. So I think everyhting is OK after the ECU. My next step is to start checking inputs to the ECU...

Anyone got any ideas?

Freon levels correct?

Jump the A/C low pressure switch with the A/C turned on.

If I manually engage the A/C clutch it does get cold... I'll try to jump the low pressure switch. Do you the location?

Its by the sight glass on top of the condenser, aka the coffee can between the block and the frame on the front passenger side.
