Track Bar adjustment help?

I have a 3" lift on my XJ with Procomp control arms, and recently i installed a Rubicon Express adjustable track bar. After I installed it, my jeep developed death wobble. How do you adjust the track bar so this wont happen?

Is your Axel centered? Make sure the Nuts are tight at the bracket end (frame). If they are loose at all that may be causing the wobble.

Park the Jeep flat on all fours.
Disconnect the trackbar.
Verify that the trackbar mount bolts are secure.
Turn the steering wheel and bounce the front bumper to center the axle and unload tension from the arms.
Adjust the trackbar to the new, centered position of the axle.
Torque to spec.
Align.
