I know this is a nooby question, but:

Where does one fill the D35 as I can't get to servicing it until next Thursday.

pull the rubber cap of the diff cover and fill until it's at the same level as the bottom of the hole.

Except that Pablo has an '85, so it's going to be a threaded, recessed pipe plug rather than a rubber plug.

Eagle is right on this one. I have an 85 also and needed a T-55 socket to get the plug out. Fill till it comes out and plug and go. If you are taking the diff. cover off than you will need a T-40 socket.
