can I replace my 91 cherokee dana 30/35 with 3.54's for dana 30/35 with 4.10's from an 86 jeep wagonneer? is it a direct replacement?

Yes, the swap is able to be done but you will have to change the rear or the front gears to match one another. If you have a 2wd than you won't have to change anything.
