anyone made GO-Jeeps coils spacers

they look pretty simple i might make them in school this week. any tips? im thinking of liquid nailing a 3 pieces of 1/2" think cutting board together and then cutting them.

sounds good to me, something i might even try, all im wondering about is the liquid nails and weather or not it would be stong enough. I know people use that stuff to put hockey bucks on for extended bumpstops. Anyone one else care to share some insight.

Instead of glueing them, use a torch melt the mating surface of both pieces and then press together. Once together, give them a small twist before they cool to make sure the surfaces are sticking. Glue on cutting board, which is most likely polypropolene or a close cousin to Delrin, won't stick very well or very long.

or possibly countersink some holes into the top and bottom pieces and use some smallish bolts or rivets to hold the pieces together
