i orderd the hack and tap version is there any one out ther that has any advise to make this go smooth????????????

Well I have the same one on mine. Has been a great product that has been on my NP242 for over 2.5 years. It's a pretty easy install. I left my t-case in the jeep. Just layed on my back with a creeper and went to work. The only really hard part is drilling the hole. I used a right angle drill for this. And measure three times to drill it once. That is all I can say. Juice
