96 4.0L (engine has 50,000 miles on it), pedal to the floor just to start it (blows a cloud of smoke). Idles high, tap the gas and revs way up and falls back. Push the gas too fast and it just stalls. Computer, O2 sensor, coolant voltage meter, and crankcase position sensors have been replaced. Only occurs when outside temp is above 75-80 degrees. I have a MAP sensor and MAT sensor coming in. I hope that will do it but does anyone have any other ideas? Thanks

My money is on the throttle position sensor. A map can cause similar issues, but I still bet on the TPS.

Thanks old_man. I'll replace the MAT and MAP sensors tomorrow evening and if that doesn't do it I'll try the TPS. I'll be sure to post the results to this thread.
