Just installed my hood louvers from RaceAce.com and I love them. Makes the xj look aggressive, and lots of heat pours out of the engine compartment now. I also have a Flowkooler Hi-performance water pump with a hi-flow thermostat (180°), and dual electric fans running off an adjustable thermostat. Xj is running consistantly between 200-210° in town and on freeway with an average daily temp here in the desert of 97-105° . It also idles under 210° with the air conditioning on and the interior air blows pretty cool. Still have to test the highway grades, slow 4x4 climbing, and towing capability. I will get back to ya all soon...Steve

I have pictures of the Jeep and the installed louvers if anyone is interested but was unaware of how to post pictures on here. Let me know if any of you want to see them...

Sounds good. The 4.0L likes to run around 210.
