62mm Throttle body whistle... HELP

I have had that TB for a while now, 6+ months, got it off ebay, made a big improvement in torque off the line etc... but whistling ... while cruising at 55+mph kills me, especialy today, drove with my Mother and my Grandma for 3 hours..........IT SUCKED! I know some of them on the net, are advertised as "Ours doesn't make the whistle sound!!" well, this one wasn't and i was not aware of that annoyance when i bought it. And no!, my intake gasket is OK!!! checked that 2 times already for leaks...

Try with a different filter on it...

I kinda like the whistle...

It blends perfectly with the lack of doors, the X-Terrains and the Flowmaster 40 with the cracked oem exhaust manifold!

i've read that the whistle comes from the edges of the sensor bungs, and rounding off those edges should cure the whistle

I've read that some aftermarket tb's have a helical-spiral cut groove, that causes whistling without actually providing any benefit.
