OEM Rubber Grommet needed...

This is for my 87 MJ w/ 4.0L. I need a new rubber grommet that the 1/2" plastic hose fits into on the front of the valve cover. It is a 90* fitting that fits into the valve cover, and gets the 1/2" plastic hose that runs under the washer bottle. Anyone have a part number for this? Dealer item or HELP! section item? Any help would be great, mine fell apart in my hand yesterday.

I found everything I needed in Lowes plumbing department.

Thats where I would find the 1/2" line, but I don't need that. I need the rubber 90* elbow piece that fits into the valve cover.

The 90 is part of the "harness, Vacuum" assembly, Dealer Part #53004379

My autozone had that piece.
