xj 44 and scout 44

Will shafts from a scout 44 fit in a xj 44.......I don't have time to search....thanks

Nope, they are different lengths. Different bolt patterns too.

Well i need the 5x5.5 bolt pattern, just wondering if they would fit. Anyone have the measurements?

Actually... There is a cheap and easy way to use Scout axles in an XJ...

But I don't have the time to elaborate...

The scout Dana 44 is about 58" from WMS to WMS and the Dana 44 off an XJ/MJ is 60.25" so given that you make the call.
