horn on passenger side won't work

After putting on my new bumper I noticed that the horn note on my passenger side won't work. The driver side is fine, and I have checked for crimps and cut wires. Is there a relay or fuse I could check? Or, did it ever work? Any help is appreciated.

If the D-side works, just take the D-side wire tap it and route it to the P-side. Or you could just rip the damn thing off since you have a working D-side.

Horns are notorious for failing. Before butchering the wiring, try jumpering 12v to the horn and make sure the unit itself still works.
