185/70/13 Tire Recomendations

Alright kids, I'm in the need for tires for my girlfriend's Neon, coming back from San Diego I threw a tread, I've got her car with me today (because of my death wobble) so I thought it'd be real nice of me to come back with new tires...anyway...

It's a Neon, takes 185/70/13 tires. I'm looking at replacing them on teh cheap (after all, I need tires too soon!), who recomends what? Obviously I'm not looking for off road tires!

I think I have a set of tires in that size, on my 6.0 hp Toro rear-bagger. If i step up to a set of terra tires, I will let you know.
On a serious note, I would go with a Dunlop SP40's. Neighbor kid has em on her VW, and her dad has a couple of SCCA cars, so I would trust him. They can be had at tire rack for $40.
