MSD 6 Wiring?

I have a MSD 6a on my 87 XJ, I wan to move it to my 95 XJ. THe wiring for the renix worked OK. Looking at the wiring instructions that came with the 6a and looking on the MSD instructions from the Internet, I am confused as tha which way to wire it to my 95. Is it the Chrysler Electronic Ignition using Magnetic Pickup trigger diagram that I need to use?
