does anyone know where to get inexpensive d-ring mounts?
I also need a hitch tube for my new half finished bumper:D

I would say make the D-ring mounts out of some 1/2" plate or something strong and make sure the weld s are good. Also I have some of the receiver end tube for a 2" hitch if that is what you are talking about. I can bring it to the meeting.

It's welded 3/16 plate and .188 wall 2x4 mounted to the stock location.

Lee, you need to explore Blue Collar Supply on Florin Perkins road in Sacto. They have cool weld on D rings and all kinds of great stuff for the fabricators.

If you need the piece that your receiver slides into, it is just 2.5x2.5 .188 wall tubing. If you get a piece that does not have the weld upset trimmed on the inside you will have to take a die grinder and clean it up to allow your 2x2 reciever to slide into it. If you can't find any let me know, I used to work for a place that made the tubing and I have 20 foot sticks of it rusting away next to my garage.
