What do you do when you try to scare someone who has a real gun?

Wil Badger

what are you talking about.i wouldn't pull it out on somebody i didn't know .second it doesn't leave the house .third the real one leaves the house .i would never draw that one out either unless i had to .

i'm not a 16 year old tart that walks around pulling plastic guns on people i don't know.that statement makes no sense to me.you would have to be real ass to pull a plastic gun on a stranger.

Your original comment of "it's good for scaring the crap out of somebody" is what sparked my comment, which wasn't an attack on you but a simple question. It just appears we have different opinions on what your original comment meant. So chill out, I didn't mean anything, was just a simple question to reasure myself and everyone that you weren't using it in a manner that could get you hurt.

No harm no foul.

yeah, but do you shoot each other in the house?

I've actually never played paintball, I have plenty of friends that play, and had plenty of opportunities, but I always turn it down.... because I know I'd love it, and can't afford another expensive hobby :laugh3:

we play indoors but its hell to cleanup! It is addicting, and not very cheap to play. about 40.00 for 2000 rounds.

it's not so much the cost of paint, but if I got into it I would probably keep upgrading guns. It's like my Jeep, it isn't the cost of gas that makes it expensive, it's the upgrading that makes it expensive.

I'll stick to Jeep, snowboarding, and girls as my expensive hobbies. Though drinking and smoking (cigars) are making a rise....

well if you ever make it down here we can hit up the Rubicon, drink some Sierra Nevada (see location above), and smoke some cigars. Do you have a favorite cigar? I'm always looking for recommendations of new ones to try. Currently my favorite is the Punch Rothschild maduro.

I love takin out the ol skol carbine and wiping the field of the young kiddies with their $2000 markers.

Hmmm... Might have to take you up on that. Debating a week long Eastern WA dove-hunting trip or a 'con run (have never been) in Sept. Stay tuned.

Buddy bought us some Arturo Fuente 'Diamond Crown Maximus' cigars on the 4th to light fireworks with. Something like $30ea, I think he said. I remember him commenting that the guy at the cigar shop would probably have a stroke if he found out we were setting off bottle rockets and drinking Budweiser with them. :D My favorites had to be the real Cohibas the guys in my unit brought back from SA. ;) My 'legal' favorites are the mini Dominican Cohibas (no relation) that I pick up every so often. I can be found on the trail or sitting around the campfire smoking those.

I forget which they are, Macanudos(sp?) maybe, but they are from Nicaragua, and the tobacco is a Cuban type...very tasty.

Punch is made by Fuente also, but they range from $5-$10 to buy just one, so I can imagine that $30 Fuente must have been great! I'm keeping my eyes open for an OpusX, they typically run $25-30, but are very hard to find.

Macanudos are great too, I like the Punch just slightly more, and they're a few dollars cheaper.

Absolutely rad. The Cohibas and Havanas my boys brought back were the stuff though... Ran us like $4 each in bulk. I dunno, I got a box a long time ago and they ran out quickly. :D

air softs are definitly a fun thing to have around. especially when your a little drunk and your friend lets you put 30 rounds into his abs because he thinks hes strong and wakes up with a nice "air soft portrait" on his stomach. i had to give mine up a little bit this year at college because we were sniping our friends from the second floor windows of our dorm....the dorm manager didnt think it was amusing.

PS. its always a good idea to aim low because they like to hover upwards when shot.

i can tune my one gun to shoot with a dip or an up swing .the other has the adjust ment but doesn't react as well
