taking rear doors OFF(where do the wires harness?)??

I want to take my rear doors off my 2000XJ, does anyone know where the wires harness. Do I have to take off the door paneling, or is there a harness inside the body paneling somwhere? I searched thouroughly for a thread regarding this topic but was unsuccessful.

on my 88 the drivers side connector was right by the door, i just pulled the little boot that they run thru and it was right there. on the other side the connector was up by where the front door connectors are, so i moved it back to the door like the drivers side was.

i believe they are behind the kick panels on each side.you can also get to them by pulling the rubber boot to the body sometimes you can pull them out thru there.
