tranny wiring

I have an 89 mj with a 4.0, and peugeot 5spd. What I am thinking about doing is putting in an AW-4 auto. My one problem is wiring up the tranny computer. Can anyone tell me how this is done? I heard sometimes the plug is already wired and hanging their, but it is not on mine. thanks

BTW. Shoot me a pm if you would be so kind as i too have a BA-10 in my mj and would love an aw4, what other issues have you come across and solved?
Ignition, crossmember, etc?
