I am looking at getting the RE5.5 6200 lift. I want to know if this is going to be big enough to put 33x9.5 under my 98 cherokee?

It should be enough to get 33/10.5s under there and with some triming 12.5s

What happens when you stuff the tires?

You might rip your fender flares off.

How about with 33 x 9.50's? Who makes that size?

Thats what I call using the old think muscle there Robs...but what are hockey pucks??? Just kidding!!! Another great example of thinking outside the box..
I have 12.5 x 33's on mine..with about 5" of actual lift and a lot of trimming especially on the front...if you use the right back spacing on the wheels and the 9.5's i dont think you will have quite as much trouble...But I play in mud and sand mostly...so radical articulation in my case is not required.

i just installed the RE 5.5 exteme with swamper's LTB 34-10.50's with stock jeep 5 spoke rims on my 88 with minor rubbing at full stuff while turning.I have only cut the front fenders level with bumper. On a 23 degree ramp the front bump stops don't even touch.
