2001 Ignition probs, please help with engine codes!

I have a 2001 4.0L I was sitting at a stop light just now, and my idle dropped to about 300 rpms, and got really rough, when I tried to accelerate, the jeep would barely get out of its own way. The check engine light started flashing, so I pulled over and shut it off for a minute then restarted it. Its running fine but the CEL is on now(not flashing just on) So I went to autozone, and had them read my codes. The first one is the one that seems to be of concern, P0351 Ignition Coil A Primary/secondary circuit malfunction. The rest of the codes are misfires. So what is my problem, its obviously ignition related, but how do I find out what this is, has it happened to anyone else, if so, what caused it?
