Evaporator question (I think)

I believe it's the evaporator.
It's the plastic box mounted under the heep below the rear seat that has three hoses running to it.
Anyway, it has to be moved and I was wondering if it matters what angle it sits at when remounted.
I'd like to be able to mount it sideways rather than flat.

Not the evaporator but close enough I guess. Evap cannister. I don't think it would matter if you remounted it

G-switch for the ABS? It's located on the passenger side just behind the rear-seat crossmember.

That's it. It mounts to the bottom, under the driver's side rear seat.
What is it?
Can I remount it sideways?
