Power Window wires?

I just picked up a rear door from a 94' XJ, which has power windows. I have installed it onto my XJ which has manual windows.

There are five(5) wires in the harness.
Green w/ white stripe
Brown w/ blue stripe
Yellow
pink w/ black stripe
black w/ white stripe.

Could someone tell me which one is power for the windows, and which one I should ground? If its that easy?

The Hayes manual did not publish the power windows wiring diagram, and said that you should visit a dealer

I'll take the easy one....GROUND the black wire

the rest I don't know.
