I know napa stocks them. I just got a set myself. Although I havent installed them. Look into that. I'll get the part number later.

I had mine replaced a year ago and the shop used Moog brand bushings on the UCAs. I see the quadratec sells complete UCAs and LCAs for 13 and 20 bucks respectively.
I would hope if you purchasede the UCA you'd get the axle bushing. The manual shows a special tool to remove the old bushings, that the hardest part of the job. My local garage burned it out with a torch.

I got mine at autozone.Uppers part#FB544 $8.99, Lowers part#FB543 $6.99.This is a real PITA job,You will definately want a ball joint press to get them out but just hammer them back in.As for the uppers at the axle I am only half way there so burning them out might be an alternative because the press doesnt quite work in there.
By the way these bushings are the exact same thing I took of mine which I know have never been changed .

Well I'm off to Napa in the morning to get what I need, an a new set of tie rod ends for my old style RE tie rod.
I don't have the stock control arms/Rusty's with a 6.5" lift. But that axle bushing sounds like fun to go along with my cracked header replacement job for the weekend. Good day, Thanks for the help, Juice
