View Full Version : Lower rad hose in a bind

Dealer didn't have the rad hose w/ spring inside. Napa didn't either, but I have it. Will it work or w/o the spring or should I wait and have the dealer order it on Monday? My one day project will then turn into a 4 day project if that hose comes in on Tuesday! Fun....

It is in your highest interest to get the dealer OEM one with the spring inside.

As fate would have it. I'd feel more confortable that way. None of the Autoizone and Advance Auto Parts had aftermarket hoses and parts were exact( in diameter, etc.)

I've come to far to just throw a junk aftermarket part on it. Thanks for confirming what I guess I knew anyway.
