post the url and then insert a end image tag behind the url:

and insert the start image tag in front of the url:

To find the actual the URL of the picture, right clck/ properties.

The critical point is that the image has to be hosted online somewhere, as I recall. Yahoo! Briefcase will work, and so will so many other image hosting services.
If you have a "free site hosting" service, you can create a small folder to hold images as well, and just use that link between the tags.
