I need to patch up some holes in my floor, what guage metal should I use? Also, is there anything I should beware of? Thanks.

Never did a Jeep - but when I was in school I re-floored a
MGB-GT with .093 thick aluminum sheet (6061-T6 I think). It
worked great, was easy to cut, bend (with a 36" bend press),
drill, and pop rivet. It may be a little heavy - but it worked great.

Good luck!

I tried to do it right. Here are some pictures. There are more on my sight but it is very disorganized. http://home.bellsouth.net/p/s/community.dll?ep=16&groupid=40672&ck

Ghost, I have smaller holes than that, but there are plenty of them! Thanks for the info., I was considering around 16 or 18ga., so I guess either will be fine. Thanks again!
