I'll come up friday night and stay until sunday. My brother plans on bringing his pathfinder as well.

What's the date of that weekend you are planning on going to Paragon. My little XJ isn't really cabable enough for it to go on the trails since it's 2wd (although I am sure it would give that little POS Acura SUV a run for it's money) but I would love to come up and ride/dig/winch etc.

Thanks,
Jamie

My current plan is to drive up Friday and wheel Saturday. I'm hoping to get there early enough to go to Harry's and pull a couple axle shafts and a front wheel bearing or two. Someone care to give me directions? I've never been there.

Hey, Missed the NACFest run this year, but just got the OK from my wife to make this one. I'm gonna try to get in friday night and wheel sat & sun. But, I feel kinda small on 33's with all these 36+ tires out there. Is this a hard-core only trip?

I'm on 33's...don't let that bother you, but I'm also, locked, skidded up, and a pretty low range. You'll have fun no matter what though. _nicko_

I am only on 31's, I just got my rear locker in to go with the one in the front and wanted to try it out, but I don't think I can hang with you all!! Also lacking the all important skids!
Oh well maybe next time!

31's with lockers is more than enough to enjoy most, if not all, of the Blue Trails at Paragon. Pay attention to this thread, if they talk about having more than one group, there'll probably be a moderate run going.

You need tow points of course, and while armor is certainly something you want to add underneath at some point - that shouldn't stop you from enjoying yourself now. Besides, no skids right now will make you pay more attention to your lines and you'll be a better driver.

Get out and wheel.

ok dont think the group is going to be as big, the guy from my area isn't going, but some of the guys from his group are...(not worried 'bout that tho).

But i do NEED 2 things,
1. MORE people to post when they are coming up.
2. at LEAST ONE MORE person to make it up thurs. night/friday morning.

Thank You, STROKER

Looks like I'm going to have to change my plans from "I'll be there" to "I can't move my hand, so I won't be there." I don't know how I managed to do it, but I dislocated a couple bones in my wrist, and screwed up some nerves and tendons as well. It looks like I'll be unable to even turn a wrench for the next couple weeks, so I'm going to have to pass on this one.
