What do you guys think.... whats the best stuff to use under there to clean everything up. I saw the Gunk brand engine cleaner. Never done it but need to ... there is a lot of mud under there since the Jamboree prerun last weekend.

I always use Purple Power, but that is my preference. I had used Gunk for years but it leaves a smell for about a week. The purple power works great and doesn't stink. Just be careful not to get it on the paint or it will eat it up. Also I dilute it 50/50.

I've found that Castrol Super Clean stains paint like crazy!
I use any foaming tire and wheel cleaner:
Engine SLIGHTLY warm, mist sparingly with water.
Spray the tire foam - I make it look like December in there, of course avoiding the electricals.
Let sit for 15-20 minutes, then lightly rinse off the excess.
Works great!

simple green works well also....be careful about inhaling it though.
