I am lookin at their 4.5" spring pack kit and I already have a 1.5" budget boost on my 99'.

My question, Can I use the front coil spacers from the budget boost with the new front coil springs without running into any problems down the road? I know the rear extended shackle will be alright I am not sure about the spacers.

Yes you can run the spacers with your new coils. You might have different problems depending on how much lift you net, ie: steering, driveline etc.
