Backspacing for 15X7 or 15X8 wheels with 31X10.5s

I hate to post this as I am sure it has been discussed a million times, but I have about 30 minutes before I have to get them ordered...

3" lift on a '90 XJ 4X4 and I would like to know the correct backspacing for either a 15X7 or 15X8 wheel to tuck without issue using 31X10.5 tires

If your bumpstops are adjusted as well, stock backspacing works just fine...

I was thinking the same thing, 4.0" BS will tuck with a 3" lift and above with 31's generally, right?

Judging from your post, this is probably too late but 4.5"-5.0" backspacing should be perfect.
