She wont start!

ive got a 1995 4dr 4.0 I6 with auto tranny. Went to start it one day and the battery was dead, figured a short drained it and will continue to do so. Replaced the batt with a yellow top and started tracing my problems, found there is power running to the coil but no spark leaving it to my distributor. Found on the fuse block under my hood a 30amp one inch fuse was blowing, its labled ENGINECNTRL. So i know my short is in this sytem. if u replace the fuse and hit the ignition it blows it again.(short) I however dont know what this sytem contains or how to find my short. Pease help me my car is fawked! ANY HElP IS VALUED GUYS!

the only help I can give ya is get a manual with the starter /charging diagram and trace the wires after the fuse block cause thats where the short is

Check the wires going down to you oxygen sensor, also right above front driveshaft , for burns or cut or frayed badge714
