Torque specs needed...

for my upcoming lift.

Need UCA,LCA,rear leaf and shackle, trac bar, etc...all related stuff.


No hurry, but thanks for all the help in advance. I can't find a used FSM anywhere...maybe I'll just have to pony up for the NEW one...

Front end (all torques in ft-lbs):
LCA front & rear bolts--85
UCA front bolt--55
UCA rear bolt--66
Track bar ball stud nut--60
Track bar axle bolt--40

Rear end
U-bolt nuts--52
Front spring eye bolt--115
Upper shackle bolt--115
Lower shackle bolt--80

Actually that spec is good for stock. WHatever ubolts you get might have different spec (look at the grade of them, diameter and thread to figure out spec if not given)

also in doing this I've picked up YJ front brake lines...BUT they don't LOOK long enough for the 5 inches of lift. Is it just me ?

Are you "hanging" them on that bolt in the stock location? If so, relocated that bolt so that they run somewhat parallel to the shock.
