XJ Glove Box

I opened the glove box on my 01 XJ today and it didn't feel right, it kinda "sagged" when it was open and then didn't close smoothly. I looked under the dash where the "hinge" should be and all I found was plastic. I didn't have alot of time to investigate it before I had to go to work, but someone please tell me that the glove box hinge is not just a "plastic seem" type hinge. I was hoping there was a screw loose on an actual metal hinge or something.......

Should be 3 4 screws holdin the door on,the "box" should come right out if the need arises...
