32 Spline GKN Front Driveshaft swap-out?

Any one find a successful swap to ditch your GKN front Driveshaft from the old XJs with the 229?

I just finished my front driveshaft. I used a yoke out of an 88 4.0/231 and the doublecardan driveshaft from an 87-later 4 cyl manual XJ.

What TC do you have? How many splines is your front TC shaft? Mine 229 is a 32. I thought all the 231 yokes are 27 spline.

I have the 229, I can't speak for the spline count. I will count the old spline and post up the count tomorrow when I get off unless someone knows for sure.
