removing door locks

I bought new doors and I want to changes the locks to my old ones, becuase I dont have a new key for the new doors. Just wondering how I would go about getting these locks out of the doors...

easy as pulling the door panel and undoin the old lock and replacing it with the new but before you start go to the part's store and get a about 2 packs of door latch clips they are only a few bucks. I bet you break a couple pulling the panel

The locks are held in by a u-shaped clip inside the door. Very easy to pull out and reinstall. Second the advice on door panel clips. While you're at the parts store, see if they have a tool to help with the pulling. Take your time pulling the panel out. The core is a soft masonite-like material and if you're too rough it will tear at the holes.
