Yep... that's what I had to replace. 30 bucks to replace. Be care NOT to drop on the the bolts holding it on into the bellhousing if you replace it. I'd even duct tape it or block the opening up with something before attempting CPS removal. Hindsight is always 20/20!

Having the same problem, with a 90XJ.

Can anyone tell me where the heck the power distribution center is, and where the 60 amp fuse is feeding the ignition? Can't find it anywhere!

<yes, I realize it's probably the CPS, and am going to replace it-- but still want to know where the fuse is...>
