Excessive Elect Fan Noise/Vibration

Stupid question for 2000 XJ Classic:

When my fan kicks on, it vibrates the dash and I can even feel it in the steering wheel. I took a look at it and it looks fine...no broken fins and spins freely. Is this normal for a late model? My 88 XJ wasn't that bad. What's a good way to troubleshoot? Thanks!

Sorry...I just found a spot that got cracked and a small piece got broken off. A little super glue might help.

How much does the assembly run and can I get em at Napa, Autozone...?

109 dollars buy it now price on Ebay. They are fairly expensive. The pre 97 ones are pretty cheap but they move less air.

Ouch! Is it OEM? It'll be definitely worth it to see that super glue helps.

Yeah it is OEM. I think that the one from the dealership is way more. Quadratec sells them for 94.95 a little cheaper than the ebay one.

Check in your local junk yard, I picked up a 96+ at the local U-Pullit already out of the car for $12.00.
