Since I have done any tire mounting and balancing. Dismount 4 32's on steel wheels, dismount 4 LT235's on aluminum, mount 32's on aluminum and then balance them, damn 1/4 oz 'ouch' weights and that bead protector on the BFG AT/KO's. Might loose a nail on one finger an a nice blood blister on another...Time for a beer...

EH ! I always wonder how many here can actually do their own now a days. He's getting a new tire machine next week, wants $800 for the one he has, one arm with a side mounted bead breaker. Man, I sure wish I had somewhere to put it.

I hear you man... In a perfect world I'd have the tire machine, a balance machine, and an alignment rack - sure would save me a lot of money over time!

should use the ones that stick to the inside of the rim. Then if you want to, tape them with the aluminum tape
