New 8.8/ARB

Just got a 8.8, 4:56 gears and ARB in my rear.:D Took it out last night worked like a champ!!
Some Observations:

1. I am not sure if I am seeing things, but I swear that I have about another inch of clearance in the back and It feels like it too.

2. I took it on some mogules and got out while on top of one and the 8.8 flexes way more than my D35 did.

Am I up in the night? Maybe it's just wishfull thinking. What do you think?

You may have gotten some extra rear lift, with the bigger tubes. But as far as actual diff clearance I don't see how it would be able to gain any over a D35.

You gain about 1/2 inch of lift, but loose about 1" of clearence at the diff. There is about a 1/2" lip on the diff, that you start catching on rocks soon. You need to grind it, or fill it in. But I can you that you will never break it, or need to service it again.
