get rock ratz form rock ratz.com. $200 and they do not reduce gorund clearance bolt or weld on.

I believe it falls under the category of choose one: either best or cheapest.
Your best bet would be to find a local fabricator that can make you a custom set per your specifications. For store bought ones, orgs ones (now jks) are pretty good (although REALLY pricey)
