I just went from stock tires to 32"s and am wondering if swapping gears and adding a locker will be too much for the dana 35. also with 32's should i go 4.10's or 4.56's?

The D35 will hold up under occaisional offroad use with 32s and stock gearing. I hammered my old XJ pretty hard with stock gearing. If you add a locker or bigger tires, you have a sure recipe for disaster. If you use it purely as a daily driver, the 4.10s will give you close to stock gas mileage. If you plan to offroad more try upgrading to a D44 before you waste money regearing the inherently weak D35.
