Score One For Me

I have to share this with some one, and I'm sure you fellow XJers will understand, I hit a score for my 90XJ at the local U-pull-it. 96 XJ aux cooling fan already off the jeep, $12 and it works. Took me all of 10 minutes with a crescent wrench to remove the old fan and install the new one (didn't feel like unlocking the garage).

speaking of fans. Is the auxilary electric fan supposed to stay on when you turn off the motor? Mine does'nt .

NO the fan is powered only when the key is on. There is a way to override the relay so the fan will run even when th key is off.
