I am canning the disco and putting in one piece axles.
I already have seals in place and axles in it.
I ran off and left the disco laying @ home with the measurements.
Can someone measure the size that the block off plate needs to be?
width X length & hole centers for me?
Thanks, I really want to make this plate and get this project finished tonight.

Overall width 117mm, overall height 114mm.
6-7mm hole diameter.
(4) top & bottom holes: 39mm on horizontal center, 99mm on vertical center.
(2) middle holes: 94mm on horizontal center, and 45mm up or down from the HCs of top & bottom.
This was made for me by a good friend/Member out of 5mm aluminum. The only "contour" I'd worry about - if building my own - would be the lower third.
HTH & get to work!

Why not just put the vacuum motor back on? The fork doesn't even need to come out, it won't hit the axle.
