Opinion. EZ locker for 150?

I got an offer to buy a EZ locker for my cherokee for 150 no shipping from this guy on my other forum. What your opinions on this, he said itd be a good diea to replace the spring kit which was quoted at $15..whats everyones idea on this, good buy or skip it
