If I put a magnetic angle finder on the underside of my front pinion, what should it read? Its a 98 D30.

High pinion diff or low poinion diff? Stock or lifted (how much)?

You need to place it on the front of the housing and it should read 87.5 degrees if you are under 4" and have a high pinion.
