is it over yet? I must have say that I had a long string of weird/unusual/unexpected things happen this weekend (including a clown fish clogging up a toilet).........

more... on this topic.. tomorrow... after I gut some MUCH NEEDED sleep!

OK.... weekend tally is
1 toilet clogged by a clown fish (and it aint funny at all)
1 replaced trackbar on Sequoia's XJ after much much pain getting the old one off (can you say all nighter on Friday?)
1 busted water pump on my XJ in my own driveway after I started the jeep to move the tires a bit!

Ad to that an exploding grinder wheel and I think the whole weekend is somewhat complete.....

Can anyone top that? LOL

I'm kinda hung up on the whole clownfish thing ... they're about 2 1/2" max in captivity, no? ... soooo .... little fish, big drain, I don't quite get it. I am sorry you had to flush the little critter, they are cute, but ... well, I am sure more info is forthcoming when you're ready. Friday was the 13th, after all :)

no.... the clownfish was about 9~10" long, and about 2.5" 3" tall (but slim)......... so if gets itself wedged in the wrong way (btw... I messed up the name a bit.... clown knifefish.... http://www.scz.org/animals/k/clknife.html )

Ummm...what exactlly were you thinking?? A plastic bag and the trash can is a much better idea in this case. A old rule I once was taught when I had a boat...

Nothing, except TP, goes into this head (marine toliet) unless you have eaten it first.

Look at it this way....this week has to be better.

lol....... well that's how I dealt with my other fish.... consider it kind of like a burial at sea :) (or return to nature)......

Now based on the size of that SOB, I should have fried it first!

I felt like I was going to crap myself inside out, spent almost 2 straight days on the toilet. intestinal cramps so painful that it caused my hearing to dull and me to almost black-out.

never thought a simple digestive virus would make me feel like I was going to die :(

Just remember, there's always someone worse off than you...

In my case... that someone usually ends up dead :D
